Sports Injury Course for Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Manual Therapists
A two day course for osteopaths/physiotherapist to learn how to manage and prevent sports injuries. This course is designed to equip the therapist with the background knowledge of sports training principles and rehabilitation of common sports injuries within a holistic framework to apply a preventive approach to further sports injuries and enhancement of sports performance.
Within the course you will learn strength training principles, stretching concepts, proprioceptive exercises, tissue injury, overtraining concepts, how to construct a rehab program and an easy to apply holistic assessment method.
16 Hours CPD, access to online learning resources and a diploma in Sports Injuries. Held at Petts Wood Osteopathic Clinic 4th & 5th May 2019. Course fee £300 payable in advance.
